As an appointment of National Directors requires chapter votes, if any of the chief delegates from chapters are unable to attend the above EGM, please appoint a substitute and inform the National Secretary General via email to karen.yeung@jcihk.org and copy info@jcihk.org no later than 48 hours before the EGM.
