Important notes:
1. Please fill in the online registration form at least 1 day before the event. We may not accept late or walk-in enrolment if the event is full.
2. Priority will be given to members of the organizer and participating organizations. For potential members/ non-members of the organizations, please send your details indicated in the registration form to ivan.chou.cjc@gmail.com . We will inform you 1-3 days before the event if your registration is successful. (Prospective Members of JCIHK are welcome to join.)
4. If you would like to cancel your registration, please kindly send an email to ivan.chou.cjc@gmail.com .
5. Please be reminded to bring sufficient name cards as there may be over 100 participants.
6. If typhoon signal no.8 or above / Black rainstorm warning is hoisted at or after 4:00 p.m. on the date of event, the activity will be cancelled.
7. JCIHK reserves the right to change the venue, date and / or time of the event due to unforeseen circumstances or bad weather.
8. Personal Information provided in the registration form will be used for this event only. JCIHK may send the registration details to the corresponding organizations to verify the membership.
