As the government is now planning to set up an Innovation and Technology Bureau, it is our great honour to have invited Mr. Sunny Lee Wai-kwong, Vice President of City University of Hong Kong to be our speaker to share with us his views on the IT industry. Mr. Lee oversees the Administration Branch – the Campus Development and Facilities Office, Office of the Chief Information Officer, etc. He also serves as the Data Protection Officer of the University.
