Let’s Shine!!! Spring is the best time to begin the year’s work (一年之計在於春). In 2013, we were tied up by the elections and meetings. We believe better communication make more effective co-operation, so we organize a gathering on New Year’s Day(1st Jan, 2014). During the gathering, NOM Board and LOM Presidents have more space to communicate. Through this occasion, each area from NOM can express how we plan to assist LOMs in 2014. LOMs can present theirs plans and seek for alliances and helps.
